Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Growmarq, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves significant time, expertise, and resources committed upfront, our refund policy is structured as follows.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly services (e.g., Social Media Management, SEO, Ads Management):

• We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.
• Fees charged for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• You may cancel your service at any time with a 30-day written notice to avoid being billed for the subsequent month.

3. One-Time Projects

For project-based work (e.g., Website Design, One-time Audits):

• A 50% upfront deposit is typically required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once the project has started.
• If you decide to cancel the project before completion, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point at our standard hourly rate.
• Once final deliverables are approved and handed over, no refunds will be issued.

4. Ad Spend

Any funds paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. Growmarq cannot refund ad spend that has already been utilized by these platforms.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances, such as a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen technical issues or errors.
