Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Growmarq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Growmarq provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Social Media Management, Google Ads, Local SEO, Website Design, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing. The specific services provided to you will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our campaigns, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts (social media, Google Business, website CMS).
• Provide accurate information about their business, products, and services.
• Review and approve content or strategies within agreed timeframes.
• Pay invoices in a timely manner as per the agreed schedule.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts. However, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of all final deliverables (e.g., website code, ad creatives, written content). Growmarq retains the right to use these deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Growmarq cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., exact number of leads or sales) as these depend on various market factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding month.
